HP’s supplier summit, designed from the room outward.

HP INC. 2024 SUPPLIER SUMMIT: Space City Pro translated HP’s visual standard into a complete environment at The Woodlands Resort. CAD and 3D planning shaped the room before load-in; a Pisces LED centerpiece, coordinated playback, audio, lighting, and broadcast carried the idea through show day.

01 · THE BRIEF

The summit needed to feel as considered as the brand hosting it.

The work began with audience movement, sightlines, content, and the visual rhythm of the room. Technology followed the experience plan, not the other way around.

02 · WHAT WE DID

CAD and 3D visualization made the room tangible before the first case arrived.

The planning mapped flow, sightlines, and function, then centered the experience on a Pisces LED canvas with coordinated playback. Audio, lighting, and broadcast were developed against the same visual plan.

From creative direction through on-site execution, Space City Pro coordinated the room design, LED, playback, audio, lighting, and broadcast scope.

THE PROGRAM
03 · THE RESULT

The finished room carried one visual idea across content, light, sound, and camera.

HP’s suppliers entered an environment shaped by the company’s own design standard, with the LED centerpiece and every supporting system working toward the same impression.

The program demonstrates what becomes possible when room planning, creative direction, technical design, and on-site delivery are connected before load-in. See how that approach expanded for HP’s One EO Executive Summit.

HP brought the summit back in 2025, and we produced it again: a larger room, a wider LED canvas, and the same standard.

THE RETURN
Next case HP One EO Executive Summit

For HP’s One EO, we built the room from a blank floor plan: scenic, stage, and broadcast as one design.
