Corporate event production is strongest when strategy, creative, and technical delivery move together.
Space City Pro can lead the full production or join the team for the disciplines the program requires. In either model, we connect the business objective and audience journey to the room, content, technical systems, rehearsal, and live execution.
Lead the production, or strengthen the team already in place.
The engagement model follows the program. Space City Pro can connect the full experience or provide technical and production depth within a client or agency-led team, with responsibilities and interfaces made clear before execution.

The value is in how the disciplines work together.
We staff the roles required to plan and run the program: production leadership, technical direction, show calling, discipline leads, and specialist operators. The Investment page explains the main budget drivers and the assumptions required for a directional range.
Event Production & Show Calling
General sessions, keynotes, galas, and internal summits are planned from an aligned show architecture. The specific production, technical, scenic, content, and show-control roles are named in the scope and coordinated through one decision path.
- General Sessions & Keynotes: Scripted run-of-show, scenic design, confidence monitoring, lower-thirds and speaker-ready rooms.
- Benefit Galas & Live Giving: Story-led show flow, recognition, donor-facing moments, room response, and display requirements developed with the fundraising team and platform partner.
- Multi-Track Conferences: Coordinated breakouts, shared timing, aligned graphics and playback standards, and a documented control structure.
- Brand Activations: Experiential production and content capture designed around a client-defined objective, with consent and data handling scoped separately.
Audio & Lighting
Audio and lighting are designed around room geometry, audience coverage, program content, camera requirements, and venue constraints. System prediction, RF coordination, programming, and onsite tuning are scoped to the engagement.
- Audience Coverage: Loudspeaker selection, placement, prediction, measurement, and tuning matched to the room and its speech, music, and broadcast requirements.
- RF Coordination: Frequency planning, microphone assignments, monitoring, and backup requirements matched to the speaker and talent roster.
- Lighting Design: Fixture selection, color, cue structure, and operation developed from the room, storyboard, camera plan, and desired audience response.
- Broadcast Audio: Separate mixes and deliverables for the room, stream, record, interpretation, and accessibility requirements defined in the production plan.
LED Walls & Video Engineering
We scope LED, switching, playback, image magnification, scenic integration, and content delivery around the room, camera plan, viewing distance, signal path, and production requirements.
- Indoor and outdoor LED: Pixel pitch, brightness, processing, structure, service access, and camera requirements selected for the application.
- Outdoor LED: Weather, structural, power, brightness, access, permitting, and redundancy requirements confirmed for the site and scope.
- Switching & Playback: System architecture selected for the source count, resolution, routing, playback, cueing, recording, and redundancy requirements of the program.
- Content Design: Keynote, walk-in, lower-third, scenic, and screen content may be created by Space City Pro or integrated with client and agency creative teams.
Broadcast & Hybrid Streaming
Remote and in-room experiences are related but not identical. We design the camera, audio, contribution, distribution, monitoring, and recovery workflow for each audience and platform.
- Multi-Site Broadcast: Contribution, return, and distribution paths selected for the venues, platforms, network conditions, and recovery plan.
- Multilingual Broadcast: Interpreter, caption, translation, language routing, review, and accessibility workflows selected with the client for the program.
- Redundant Encode: Primary and backup encoding, network diversity, active monitoring, and documented cutover procedures defined for the program.
- Platform Integration: Delivery is designed around the client-approved platform, access model, security requirements, analytics, and fallback plan.
Creative & Content Studio
Opening films, keynote packages, walk-ins, scenic content, and channel edits can be scoped as part of the production or integrated with client and agency creative teams. Formats, approvals, and delivery timing are confirmed before production begins.
- Keynote Package: Title slides, chapter cards, lower-thirds, and transitions developed as a cohesive extension of the brand system.
- Scenic Video & Show Direction: Ambient loops, reveal content, and a storyboard that connects creative intent to live cues.
- Walk-Ins & Pre-Show Reels: Opens that earn the room’s attention before the first speaker steps on stage.
- Channel Cut-Downs: Highlight edits formatted for approved channels; the content plan establishes deliverables and delivery timing.
Experiential Event Production
Branded environments, product experiences, offsites, and interactive formats turn the campaign into something the audience can enter and take part in. Creative, scenic, technical production, staffing, and show operations move through one delivery plan.
- Branded Environments: Scenic, screens, lighting, content, and guest flow developed around one campaign idea.
- Product Experiences: Hands-on interaction, demos, and responsive content that make complex ideas easier to understand.
- Interactive Experiences: Personalized content, portraiture, participation, and onsite keepsakes selected around the audience.
- Touring Activations: A consistent creative and operating standard adapted to each venue and market.
Global Production
For multi-city and international work, the approved show plan and creative standard carry across markets while venue labor, market partners, equipment sourcing, freight, travel, contracting, and billing are confirmed for each engagement.
- Multi-City Tours: One approved show plan, with market-specific venue, labor, sourcing, logistics, and commercial assumptions.
- International Freight & Temporary Import: Customs responsibility, carnet requirements, sourcing, carriers, insurance, and routing confirmed for the program.
- Delivery Framework: Consistent show architecture, communication, documentation, and decision rights, adapted to each market.
- Commercial Structure: Contract entity, currency, taxes, local partners, invoicing, and payment terms resolved before commitments are made.
Creative and content should be built for the room.
When creative and production share a storyboard, screen content, scenic design, lighting, playback, and cueing can reinforce the same idea. Space City Pro can lead that integration or work with the client’s and agency’s creative partners.
- Keynote graphics packageTitle slides, chapter cards, lower-thirds, and transitions built to your brand guide.
- Scenic video & show directionAmbient loops, reveal content, and a storyboard that connects creative intent to live cues.
