01 · THE BRIEF

This all-hands borrowed the visual language and pacing of live television.

HPE’s ATM Live! Houston turned an internal all-team meeting into a show: a branded anchor desk and a panoramic LED wall carrying the program across a soaring glass-and-wood hall, with camera switching from the campus’s own studio control room.

Space City Pro handled LED, content playback, screen management, lighting design, and staging, with stagehands in racing suits carrying the theme through the live program.

02 · THE FORMAT

A talk-show desk, runway stage, and broadcast-format program replaced the conventional meeting format.

The anchor-desk format changed everything downstream: content playback and screen composition kept pace with each segment, and lighting stayed broadcast-clean against a bright LED field, with camera switching handled by the campus’s own studio control room.

03 · THE CONTROL VILLAGE

The live television format required an on-site control room.

Panoramic LED, a custom stage, and carefully shaped lighting brought the energy of live television into the everyday surroundings of the office atrium. A space people passed through became a place to gather and hear from leadership.

From an on-site control position, Space City Pro managed content playback, screens, and lighting cues, helping each presentation flow into the next. Camera switching came from the campus’s own studio control room, connecting the atrium to the broadcast.

04 · THE EXPERIENCE

The format made an internal meeting feel immediate and composed.

The anchor desk and stage created the set; panoramic LED, lighting, content playback, and screen management created the live picture around it, in sync with camera switching from the campus studio.

Space City Pro brought the stage, LED, lighting, and content playback together, carrying the energy of the television format through each leadership presentation. On-site screen management worked in tandem with camera switching from the campus studio, keeping the room and broadcast connected from the opening moment to the final segment.
