Build the Experience That Moves Your Market.

Space City Pro produces user conferences, sales kickoffs, executive briefings, product launches, and multi-track programs for technology companies and their agencies. We turn product and go-to-market strategy into a clear live experience, then build the content, room, technical systems, and show direction that carry it.

01 · What’s different

A product story has to survive the distance from keynote to customer conversation.

The keynote may set the vision, but customers test that vision in demonstrations, breakouts, partner conversations, and the questions they ask afterward. We shape the show so those moments reinforce one product narrative instead of becoming separate experiences competing for attention.

That means understanding the product well enough to make a live demonstration legible, giving executives a presentation environment worthy of the announcement, and planning capture so the strongest moments can continue in sales, customer, partner, and internal channels.

02 · Typical engagements

The live formats where product strategy meets the market.

A launch should spark belief. A sales kickoff should build momentum. A user conference should deepen connection. We design the narrative, demonstrations, production, and content around the action each audience is there to take.

03 · Content & event systems

Make the Moment Live Far Beyond the Stage.

  • Lead-capture and CRM workflow. Consent, fields, integration, access, testing, ownership, and handoff are defined with the client before launch.
  • Client-approved event platforms. Registration, attendee applications, access, data, and content workflows are coordinated with the platforms and owners selected for the program.
  • Event-content delivery. Deliverables, formats, review owners, channel requirements, and timing are defined in the content plan.
  • Client-ready event data, with available attendance, session, and lead-capture fields delivered in the agreed format for the client’s own analysis.
  • Embargo-aware launches, coordinated hold-release workflows for anything with PR and IR dependencies.
04 · Enterprise readiness

Handle the enterprise process early enough to protect the creative runway.

RFP response, contracting, onboarding, confidentiality, venue requirements, and information access all affect the schedule. We surface the requirements early and coordinate them alongside the production plan.

  • Procurement timing. Required documents, owners, dependencies, review steps, and response timing are mapped against the client’s process.
  • Contracting. Contract form, insurance, commercial assumptions, addenda, and approval timing are coordinated against the legal and procurement calendar.
  • Vendor onboarding. Procurement requirements, documents, owners, dependencies, and timing are identified against the client’s process.
  • Confidentiality & release timing. Access, distribution, briefing, recording, and hold-release requirements are coordinated for programs with PR, IR, legal, or security dependencies.
  • Event-data handoff. Available registration, attendance, session, lead-capture, and sponsor fields are delivered in the agreed format for the client’s own analysis and attribution.
EARLY PLANNING RANGE

Build an early planning range for a user conference, sales kickoff, or launch, then review it against the product story, audience, demonstrations, room, content, broadcast, and enterprise requirements.

Evaluate a production partner on senior leadership, depth behind the lead, scope clarity, relevant evidence, technical design, change control, and the ability to work with the client’s agency and technology teams. Comparable program examples should identify the remit and published facts at the level permissions allow.

Yes. Space City Pro can structure a multi-program engagement for recurring kickoffs, user conferences, launches, executive briefings, or studio work. The commercial structure, continuity plan, program-specific scope, and responsibilities are established for the relationship.

Published planning bands range from $85K–$175K for a single-day, to $175K–$400K for a multi-day corporate summit, $400K–$1M for a flagship user conference, and $1M+ for a global flagship with multi-site broadcast. The actual range depends on the brief, venue, schedule, scenic and technical requirements, broadcast, labor, travel, and sourcing. The full tier table is on the investment page.

For event-data programs, agree on the signals, consent model, source systems, field mapping, access, testing, ownership, reporting format, and delivery timing before launch. The production scope should distinguish what the event platform records from what the client’s marketing and revenue systems infer.

07 · Discuss your program

Give the product story an experience people can understand, remember, and use.

Share the audience, product story, date, room, content plan, and any event-data requirements. We will discuss the experience, show architecture, technical approach, content handoff, and a realistic planning range.
