Give the brand a live visual language from the first walk-in frame to the final cue.

Space City Pro creates show content, event identity extensions, scenic media, stage renders, speaker-support graphics, print, and signage, or integrates work supplied by a client or agency team. Creative and production share the storyboard, specifications, approval path, and live delivery plan.

SHOW CONTENT · 01

Design for the screen, the room, and the moment the content needs to create.

Opening films, keynote packages, scenic loops, transitions, and speaker content are developed for the actual screen canvas and playback system. Pixel maps, safe areas, formats, versions, and testing requirements protect the creative idea through review and live delivery.

BRAND DESIGN · 02

One identity holds from the save-the-date to the final cue.

An event identity extends the corporate brand into motion, stage surfaces, screens, signage, credentials, and environmental details. The system is reviewed as a whole, then adapted to the requirements of each surface and audience touchpoint.

  • Event identity systemsA complete visual language for the program: lockups, type, color, and motion behavior, extended from your corporate brand guide.
  • Stage design rendersPhoto-real renders of the stage, set, and screen layout that support visual review before fabrication and installation.
  • Title treatmentsProgram themes and visual language that make the central idea legible across the stage, agenda, and communication materials.

03 · Print & signage

Wayfinding, recognition, and environmental graphics should feel native to the experience.

Print and signage can be designed as part of the event identity and coordinated with the production plan. Large-format graphics, wayfinding, banner systems, vinyl, badges, and credentials are mapped to the venue, approved surfaces, access needs, installation schedule, and strike requirements.

  • Large-format graphicsBackdrops, entrance units, registration headers, and sponsor walls printed at full scale and color-matched to the screens.
  • Wayfinding & directional signageA signage plan mapped to the venue, attendee routes, room names, access points, and the decisions guests need to make along the way.
  • Banner systems & vinylPole banners, meter boards, and window and floor vinyl produced to venue requirements, with installation responsibility defined in the plan.
  • Badge & credential designBadges, credentials, and lanyard systems designed inside the event identity and tiered for access control.
04 · Approval to playback

Design and playback work from the same approved plan.

Content can originate with Space City Pro, the client, or an agency partner. A shared storyboard, pixel maps, file specifications, version control, review owners, and system testing connect design to live playback. Print and screen color are reviewed for visual continuity. Speaker-support decks can move through presentation management for intake, version control, rehearsal, and live cueing.

EARLY PLANNING RANGE

Four steps in the configurator provide planning context for your program, creative included. The brief review identifies the assumptions behind a working range.

Scope your event in the configurator →

Our motion and design studio works directly with playback, video, and show-control leads. The scope identifies who designs, who reviews technical fit, who approves versions, and who runs each asset live.

Yes. We use the approved brand guide and source files to extend the system into motion, stage surfaces, screens, signage, and credentials. New expressions of the system move through the client or agency brand-approval path before final production.

Yes. Large-format graphics, wayfinding, banner systems, vinyl, badges, and credentials can be designed and produced within the event identity. Installation, venue interfaces, access, and strike responsibilities are defined in the production plan.

Yes. Client and agency teams can supply finished content or work collaboratively with our studio. Pixel maps, templates, delivery specifications, version control, approval owners, and technical proofing requirements are established for the selected display and playback systems.

Creative should begin while the venue, stage, screen canvas, content architecture, and approval path can still influence one another. Lead time depends on the amount of original design, content volume, stakeholder review, technical specifications, print production, and delivery schedule. We identify the critical approvals from the event date backward.
