Design the screen system around what the audience and camera need to see.

Space City Pro designs LED, projection, switching, playback, image magnification, scenic video, and content workflows around the room, viewing distance, camera plan, show script, venue, and audience. Testing, rehearsal, and onsite responsibilities are defined in the scope so the system performs as designed on show day.

VIDEO SYSTEM · 01

Specify the wall, processing, playback, structure, and labor against shared requirements.

The right configuration follows the room and content, not an inventory list. Panel type, pixel pitch, dimensions, brightness, processing, switching, playback, structure, service access, power, cameras, labor, and rehearsal requirements are confirmed together.

  • Indoor LEDPixel pitch, dimensions, brightness, processing, viewing distance, camera behavior, and service access selected for the room and content.
  • Camera-first display designPixel pitch, refresh behavior, processing, brightness, camera settings, and planned angles coordinated for the captured image.
  • Outdoor LEDDisplay, structure, weather planning, power, brightness, access, permitting, and operating requirements confirmed for the site.
  • Switching, scaling, and playbackSystems selected for the source count, canvas, routing, cueing, recording, scenic media, and planned recovery workflow.

CONTENT DESIGN · 02

Content and display should be developed together.

Keynote packages, walk-ins, transitions, sponsor media, scenic video, and speaker content are developed or integrated against the actual pixel map, safe areas, playback workflow, and approval path.

  • Keynote graphics packageChapter cards, lower-thirds, quote frames, speaker transitions, tuned to your brand system.
  • Walk-in and countdown contentAmbient branded video that establishes the room before the first cue and supports transitions in the program.
  • Sponsor and partner stingersShort branded transitions that give sponsors airtime without interrupting the program.
  • Scenic video designAmbient video that sits behind the stage and shifts through the arc of the program.
  • Post-event contentApproved clips and edits can be created from the show record, with formats, review owners, channels, and delivery timing defined in the content plan.

03 · Technical note

Here is what “camera-safe” means on show day.

When cameras shoot an LED wall, panel refresh behavior, processing, brightness, frame rate, shutter, and angle interact. Coordinating those variables protects the image seen by remote audiences, recording viewers, and anyone watching image magnification in the room.

The selected display, processing, and camera systems are tested together during staging or onsite rehearsal. The production plan identifies who can adjust the display, processor, camera, and content settings if the captured image requires correction.

LED wall rental · beyond the spec sheet

Pixel pitch is only one part of how the picture actually looks.

Viewing distance, brightness, and daylight readability determine whether the image reads clearly from the back of the room or under full sun. Camera and broadcast behavior, including refresh rate, moiré, and color, shape how the wall performs on the recorded and remote feed. Processing, structure, and rigging settle how the system installs and holds together through the show. Content mapping and safe areas control how the design translates onto the physical panels. And how the wall integrates with lighting and scenic design decides how the finished picture actually reads in the room. We bring these variables together so the screen system performs the way the room, the content, and the camera all need it to.

LED wall scope depends on room geometry, pixel pitch, panel count, processing, rigging, access, show days, content workflow, and staffing. The proposal identifies the included equipment, labor, assumptions, and approval path. Review the published ranges and LED wall cost breakdown.

Pixel pitch should be selected from the closest viewing distance, screen dimensions, content detail, camera plan, brightness, processing, budget, and available structure. We document the recommendation and the assumptions behind it rather than treating one pitch as the default for a format.

We work across leading LED manufacturers, including AOTO, Pisces LED, ROE, Absen, and Infiled, with pixel pitches from 1.2mm to 2.6mm. Indoor and outdoor options are available, including full daylight viewable panels, all designed to look spectacular on broadcast and in person. Curveable walls, flexible panels, and custom shapes are all possible.

Load-in depends on the wall dimensions and geometry, flown or ground-supported structure, venue access, labor rules, power, processing, scenic integration, testing, and rehearsal requirements. The schedule is built backward from the approved rehearsal and doors time after the venue conditions are confirmed.

Yes. The scope assigns video operation at front-of-house (FOH) for the selected playback workflow. For multi-camera broadcast, content direction and show communications are scoped to the program complexity.

05 · Discuss your program

Make the screen system part of the experience, not a specification added at the end.

Share the room, audience, show script, screen ideas, content status, camera plan, venue, and date. We will identify the display, processing, playback, structure, labor, and creative inputs required for a useful recommendation.
