01 · THE BRIEF

The AI product story needed to establish the vision and make the technology tangible.

A major technology company built a US tour to showcase where its AI portfolio is going. The audiences were intentionally small and strategically important: stakeholders and major customers evaluating the product story at close range.

The tour needed a production model that could carry a keynote and hands-on experience floor through an approved show architecture, adapted for Houston, San Jose, and the markets between.

BRIEF · ONE LINE

Consistency matters most when the variables change.

Each city brought different venues, floor plans, and production requirements. Space City Pro worked alongside the agency team to adapt the technical setup and on-site delivery while preserving the agency’s design and content.

02 · THE FORMAT

The keynote established the product story. Hands-on experiences made it tangible.

Each stop ran on two engines. The keynote carried the vision: staging, video, and audio built so the presentation landed with executive weight. Then the user experiences did what slides can’t: put the client’s AI technology in the audience’s hands, live, with the production infrastructure to make interactive demos feel effortless rather than fragile.

Interactive technology showcases depend on power, signal, throughput, timing, and an operating plan that keeps those systems secondary to the product experience.

One tour framework, advanced for Houston, San Jose, and each market in between.

Space City Pro supported production across the tour’s US footprint, helping translate approved plans into venue-specific technical requirements and crew briefs. The agency led tour management, design, and content, while our team helped bring the keynote and experience floor to life in each location.

ABOUT THIS CASE STUDY

The client’s name is withheld for confidentiality. This case study focuses on Space City Pro’s production work alongside the agency team.

04 · THE RESULT

The experience stayed recognizable as the tour moved from market to market.

Houston, San Jose, and the markets between shared one keynote structure and one product-experience standard. Venue plans, technical details, and crew briefs changed by city; the audience experience did not.

At one campus stop, the program extended into the night with a choreographed drone show: a market-specific finale that fit the tour without changing its core format.

TOUR FINALE

Space City Pro advanced each market, adapting the agency’s approved framework to the venue, and supported production of the keynote and experience floor alongside the agency team. That combination gave the client consistency where the brand required it and flexibility where the market demanded it.
