A school theater reimagined for live music and keynote moments.
WOODLANDS CHURCH BEACH WEEK: inside an existing Panama City Beach theater, Space City Pro created a nightly experience that could move from full-band performance to focused spoken word. Vertical IMAG, dynamic lighting, coordinated RF, and concert audio gave both parts of the program the presence they needed.

Beach Week needed one school theater to carry two distinct audience experiences.
The days happened on the beach. At night, the audience came together in a school theater with none of the infrastructure a concert assumes. The production had to transform that room into a credible live-music and keynote environment, then return it to show state for the next evening.
The engagement addressed the gap between the room as found and the technical requirements of the program.
Let the program determine the room.
The decision was to build concert and keynote states inside the existing theater while preserving clear sightlines and speech intelligibility.
Large-format vertical IMAG, dynamic lighting, coordinated RF, and concert audio changed the character of the existing theater.
The vertical screens carried full-height images of the people on stage, a format chosen for the room, the content, and the sightlines rather than inherited from a standard concert layout.
The lighting was allowed to go wild. Concert-grade dynamic fixtures turned the nightly sessions into a genuine light show, with movement, color, and haze doing the work a static school rig never could, while keeping a disciplined keynote state one cue away.
RF and audio carried the spine. The wireless design kept every mic clean in a dense RF environment, and the audio rig was tuned for both extremes the program demanded: full-band concert energy, and a single voice in a quiet room a moment later.
Concert-scale energy and keynote clarity ask different things of the same room.
The systems were designed around the transition from band to keynote, with cue rehearsal and RF coordination built into the operating plan.
Each evening, the same theater moved confidently between concert and keynote modes.
Vertical IMAG, concert audio, dynamic lighting, RF coordination, system checks, and cue rehearsal worked together inside the school theater.
Behind it, the crew ran the nightly cycle a touring show would recognize, from system checks to RF coordination to cue rehearsal, inside a school building that had never hosted anything like it.
One room carried two very different kinds of attention.
The same theater could feel expansive during live music and precise during the keynote. That range came from treating audio, lighting, IMAG, RF, and cueing as parts of one audience experience rather than separate technical departments.
Space City Pro designed and operated the system inside the existing venue, completing nightly checks and rehearsing the transitions that moved the room cleanly between concert and session modes.
