Conference AV in Houston that makes the message clear in every room and on every screen.

Space City Pro connects the general session, breakouts, executive presentations, content, cameras, broadcast, and show control in one production plan. The result is a conference that feels coherent to the audience and easier for the internal team to lead.

01 · What we run

One conference system across the general session, breakouts, executive content, and broadcast.

The core of our AV work is the corporate conference: a general session with line-array sound, camera-safe LED, and show control; breakout tracks with coordinated audio, video, signage, and content; and a hybrid broadcast for remote audiences. Each workstream has a named lead, and all three run against one approved program plan.

Each discipline runs deeper on its own page: event production when you want the whole program owned, audio & lighting for the rooms where sound is the deliverable, LED & video for the stage your cameras will cut to, and broadcast & live streaming when the audience is bigger than the room.

02 · The production system

Technology selected for the audience, the content, and the room.

The system plan identifies the required audio, LED, video, lighting, broadcast, rigging, power, operators, preparation, redundancy, and venue interfaces before approval.

Houston-market production

The Woodlands is our home base, and Greater Houston is our home market. For programs in other markets, we preserve the approved show architecture and decision path while building a market-specific staffing, sourcing, systems, venue, freight, travel, and labor plan.

03 · One program plan

The right comparison is not outside AV versus venue AV. It is whether every team is working from the same show.

A comparable AV proposal should connect equipment and staffing to the agenda: which sessions require cameras, how keynote and breakout standards relate, what the venue provides, and how critical systems recover from failure. Space City Pro documents those decisions in the production plan and proposal.

When a venue contract includes required AV, rigging, labor, power, or network services, the responsibility matrix should show what the venue owns, what Space City Pro owns, and how the teams interface. Review those terms before scope approval; our conference AV RFP checklist identifies the inputs that make proposals comparable.

04 · Houston venue advance

The venue becomes part of the production plan before it becomes a show-day constraint.

Conference AV in Houston is venue-specific. Convention centers, hotel ballrooms, medical campuses, and private venues carry different freight, rigging, power, network, labor, badging, and house-service requirements. We verify those conditions for the selected room before final scope approval.

A focused single-day AV engagement, a boardroom, a small-ballroom session, or a studio day, typically runs $40K–$85K. A multi-day conference with a keynote, breakouts and a scenic build usually lands $175K–$400K, and flagship user conferences scale from there. The full ranges, and the five levers that move them, are published on our investment page, and a scoping call turns that range into a firm quote you can take straight to your budget.

It shows up in the proposal and the dock manifest. Equipment is scoped against the room and program, with service history, approved substitutions, spares, preparation, and change control documented before load-in.

Yes, when the venue agreement permits it. We review the contract and responsibility boundaries, then define which systems and services the venue provides, which Space City Pro provides, and how the teams will advance, rehearse, communicate, and operate together.

Yes. In-room production and broadcast can share camera, audio, playback, and show-control sources while maintaining the monitoring, recording, redundancy, and recovery paths defined for the program. See broadcast and live streaming.

The selected room is advanced against current access, freight, rigging, power, network, labor, security, house-service, and schedule requirements. Our Houston venue guides provide planning context; venue operations confirm current conditions for the engagement.

Share the program date, venue, audience, and known technical requirements. We will assess fit, identify open assumptions, and confirm the next working step.

06 · Discuss your program

Tell us the agenda, room, audience, and technical constraints. We will identify the next scoping step.
