LED wall rental in Houston for corporate programs where content, camera, and room must read as one.

Space City Pro designs and delivers LED systems for Houston keynotes, conferences, broadcasts, launches, and brand moments. We begin with what the audience needs to see, then resolve the wall, content, cameras, room, structure, power, processing, engineering, and show operation together.

01 · Rental price ranges

Three configurations cover most Houston rentals. Here is what they run.

Ranges include panels, processing, power, delivery and an on-site LED engineer. They are directional: your venue, content sources and rigging method move the final number, and the levers below explain how.

WALL · 01

$9K–$18K

Breakout wall · 12′ × 8′

Breakout tracks, boardrooms, and sponsor moments. 2.6mm pitch reads clean in a meeting room, ground-stacked, single-source playback, one or two show days.

  • Breakouts
  • 2.6mm
  • Ground-stacked
WALL · 03

$55K–$110K+

Wide-format stage · 40′ × 12′ class

Wide-format and curved stage walls for summits and user conferences at the George R. Brown. Flown or ground-supported, redundant processing, multi-day engagements with rehearsal built into the build.

02 · Houston venues

The right wall makes the content legible, the stage intentional, and the camera frame complete.

Pixel pitch and budget set the wall you want; the venue sets the wall you can hang. Here is what to expect in the Houston rooms corporate events actually book, the convention center, the arenas, and the downtown ballrooms we work most weeks of the year. Tell us your venue on the call and we will have the rigging answer before the quote.

  • George R. Brown Convention CenterHouston’s flagship convention space, with the dock access and rigging capacity to fly a wide-format stage wall. The room for large general sessions, summits, and multi-day user conferences.
  • Hilton Americas–HoustonThe convention-center headquarters hotel. Large ballrooms with real rigging points for camera-safe keynote walls, connected to the George R. Brown for multi-venue programs.
  • Marriott Marquis HoustonA modern downtown ballroom with clean sightlines and solid rigging, a frequent home for corporate general sessions and awards nights just across from Discovery Green.
  • Reliant ParkStadium and exhibit-hall scale for the largest all-hands, expos, and general sessions, where big ground-supported and flown walls and long power runs are the norm.
  • Downtown & Galleria hotelsThe Post Oak, Royal Sonesta, Hyatt Regency, and the ballrooms across downtown, where rigging points are often limited, so a camera-safe wall on ground-support is the reliable default.
  • Outdoor & energy-campus buildsCorporate campuses, plant openings, and outdoor activations run on outdoor 2.6mm at 4,500–6,000 nits, spec’d to hold up under a bright Gulf-coast sky and the humidity that comes with it.
03 · What moves the number

Five decisions shape the wall, the production approach, and the planning range.

Pixel pitch, square footage, processing, rigging, and labor: those five move every LED quote. Pitch and size set the panel cost; processing is the lever nobody puts in the RFP (a single-laptop show and a multi-camera show diverge by five figures on the same wall); rigging swings roughly $2K–$6K between ground-supported and flown; and labor follows the venue, from dock access to when the trucks arrive.

We wrote the full breakdown, with the six inputs that make any two LED quotes comparable, in what a Houston LED wall costs. Bring those six inputs to the first conversation, or configure your event, and the range you get back holds from kickoff to load-in.

04 · What’s included

A complete LED system, designed around the show.

Panels are only one part of the result. The scope connects processing, structure, power, engineering, delivery, playback, calibration, operation, and the venue requirements needed for the wall to perform.

INCLUDED · 01
Processing

Brompton or Novastar, matched

LED processing matched to the panel set, with a media-server playback path scoped to your content sources, single laptop or multi-source with live cameras.

INCLUDED · 02
Rigging

Ground-supported or flown

Either way, the wall is built on proper structure, on load-tested motors with current inspection tags, sized to the room and the load.

INCLUDED · 03
Power

Distribution, scoped early

Power distribution scoped on the site survey, with cabling and a tie-in plan the venue engineer has signed off well before the trucks roll.

INCLUDED · 04
Engineering

LED engineering through the show

The wall is built, calibrated for camera before the room opens, operated during the program, and monitored through strike.

INCLUDED · 05
Delivery

Delivery and load-out

Our trucks, our crew, your freight window. The build is scheduled around your rehearsal; load-out is scheduled around the venue’s turnover clock.

INCLUDED · 06
Content

Playback and content support

ProPresenter, Resolume or disguise playback as the show demands, and a pre-show content pass so your files run through our processor before your run-through.

A 12′ × 8′ breakout wall typically runs $9K–$18K, a 24′ × 13′ camera-safe general-session wall $18K–$38K, and wide-format stage walls $55K–$110K and up for multi-day engagements, processing, rigging, power and engineer included. The five levers that move those numbers are in our LED wall cost breakdown, and the first call pins the range to your specific room.

Houston is home. The same stack shows up show to show, run by engineers who are local, and we build the city’s rooms most weeks of the year, including the panoramic runway wall for HPE’s ATM Live broadcast. You get one Space City Pro team from scope to teardown, not a quote passed to whoever is available.

It depends on the room. The George R. Brown and Reliant Park take flown walls; most downtown and Galleria hotel ballrooms limit rigging points, so ground-support is the default there. The difference runs roughly $2K–$6K in labor and engineering, and the site survey settles it before the quote is final.

Start from viewing distance and content. Most ballroom keynotes run a 24′ × 13′ or wider 2.6mm wall so the back of the room still reads clean; a 16′ × 9′ suits a large breakout or a smaller general session; past 30 feet outdoors, our outdoor 2.6mm carries the distance. Give us the width, the height, and the closest seat, and the sizing call takes five minutes.

Yes. Outdoor panels run 4,500–6,000 nits, so they hold up under a bright Gulf-coast sky for a campus event, a plant opening, or a rooftop activation, and we spec them to the viewing distance, which runs long outdoors.

Lead time depends on configuration, content readiness, venue access, engineering, labor, inventory, transport, and approvals. Share the date and known constraints; we will assess feasibility and confirm the next working step.

06 · Discuss your program

Make the screen part of the experience, not an equipment decision made in isolation.

Share the audience, room, content, camera plan, date, and current venue information. We will identify the decisions required to develop the LED approach and a useful planning range. Prefer the phone? Call +1 888-996-5667.
