LED wall rental in Austin for product stories and demonstrations that need to become clear at scale.
Space City Pro develops LED systems for Austin product launches, sales meetings, customer programs, keynotes, and broadcasts. We begin with the story and viewing experience, then resolve wall geometry, pixel pitch, content, processing, cameras, structure, power, engineering, and show operation.
Three configurations cover most Austin rentals. Here is what they run.
Ranges include panels, processing, power, delivery to your Austin venue and an on-site LED engineer. They are directional: your room, content sources and rigging method move the final number, and the levers below explain how.
$9K–$18K
Downtown product launches, startup reveals, and breakout tracks. 2.6mm reads clean in a loft or a meeting room, ground-stacked, single-source playback, one or two show days.

- 2.6mm
- Ground-stacked
$18K–$38K
The Austin SKO and user-conference default. Camera-safe 2.6mm for keynotes with IMAG, dual-media-server playback, and a wall your cameras can cut to wide. One to three show days.
- Keynote
- 2.6mm camera-safe
- 1–3 show days
$55K–$110K+
Wide-format stage walls for summits at the Convention Center, and outdoor builds for festival and COTA hospitality. Flown or ground-supported, redundant processing, multi-day with rehearsal built into setup day.

Design the wall around the product, the closest seat, and the camera.
Pixel pitch and budget set the wall you want; the venue sets the wall you can hang. Here is what to expect in the Austin rooms corporate events actually book, from downtown hotel ballrooms to the Convention Center to a landmark house like ACL Live. Tell us your venue on the call and we will have the rigging answer before the quote.
- Austin Convention CenterClosed for a ground-up rebuild, with reopening expected in 2029. The citywide summits it hosted now run at Palmer, the downtown hotel ballrooms, and the arena rooms; we re-home the program room by room.
- ACL Live at The Moody TheaterA landmark Austin theater built for produced, on-camera programming. We have staged a regional corporate sales meeting here with an integrated wall, processing, and camera system.
- Palmer Events CenterA column-free hall on the lake with room for large ground-supported walls and expo-style floor plans. Ground-support is usually the play here rather than flying.
- JW Marriott & Fairmont AustinDowntown hotel ballrooms where rigging points are limited, so a camera-safe wall on ground-support is the default. Move-in runs through hotel docks on a freight window we schedule around your rehearsal.
- Moody Center & arena buildsFor all-hands and general sessions at arena scale, flown stage walls and center-hung configurations, engineered to the house rigging capacity.
- HEB Center at Cedar ParkA north-metro arena in Cedar Park. We built here for a music event, arena-scale LED with the rigging, power and content path a full show floor demands.
- Outdoor · festival & COTARooftop activations, festival stages, and Circuit of the Americas hospitality run on outdoor 2.6mm at 4,500–6,000 nits, spec’d to hold up under a bright Texas sky and the long outdoor viewing distances.
Five decisions connect the visual idea to the system and the range.
Pixel pitch, square footage, processing, rigging, and labor: those five move every LED quote. Pitch and size set the panel cost; processing is the lever nobody puts in the RFP (a single-laptop show and a multi-camera show diverge by five figures on the same wall); rigging swings roughly $2K–$6K between ground-supported and flown; and labor follows the venue and the week.
The levers do not change between Texas markets; we broke all six down, with the inputs that make any two LED quotes comparable, in what an LED wall costs. Bring them to a call, or configure your event, and the range you get back holds to load-in.
The screen, signal, structure, and show operation belong in one plan.
A credible product image depends on more than panels. The scope connects processing, playback, cameras, structure, power, engineering, calibration, operation, and venue requirements.
Brompton or Novastar, matched
LED processing matched to the panel set, with a media-server playback path scoped to your content sources, single laptop or multi-source with live cameras.
Ground-supported or flown
Either way, the wall is built on proper structure, on load-tested motors with current inspection tags, sized to the room and the load.
Distribution, scoped early
Power distribution scoped on the site survey, with cabling and a tie-in plan the venue engineer has signed off well before the trucks roll.
LED engineering through the show
The wall is built, calibrated for camera before walk-in, operated during the program, and monitored through strike.
Delivery to venue and load-out
Our trucks, our crew, your freight window. The build is scheduled around your rehearsal; load-out is scheduled around the venue’s turnover clock.
Playback and content support
ProPresenter, Resolume or disguise playback as the show demands, and a pre-show content pass so your files run through our processor before your run-through.
A 12′ × 8′ launch or breakout wall typically runs $9K–$18K, a 24′ × 13′ camera-safe general-session wall $18K–$38K, and wide-format or outdoor stage walls $55K–$110K and up for multi-day engagements, processing, rigging, power, delivery to Austin and engineer included. The five levers that move those numbers are covered in our LED wall cost breakdown, and the first call pins the range to your specific room.
We produce Austin events regularly, and yes, we have built on the big stages here, including a large regional corporate sales meeting at ACL Live at The Moody Theater and a music event at the HEB Center in Cedar Park. Your producer and the LED engineer who runs your wall travel with the show, and the inventory ships to your venue on our trucks. You get one Space City Pro team on site from kickoff through teardown, not a hand-off to a local vendor we have never met.
It depends on the room. The Austin Convention Center and arena rooms like the Moody Center take flown walls; ACL Live has a house grid we rig into with our own gear; most downtown hotel ballrooms (JW Marriott, Fairmont) limit rigging points, so ground-support is the default there. The difference runs roughly $2K–$6K in labor and engineering, and the site survey settles it before the quote is final.
Start from viewing distance and content. Most ballroom keynotes run a 24′ × 13′ or wider 2.6mm wall so the back of the room still reads clean; a 16′ × 9′ suits a large breakout, a launch reveal, or a smaller general session; past 30 feet outdoors, our outdoor 2.6mm carries the distance. Give us the width, the height, and the closest seat, and the sizing call takes five minutes.
Yes. Outdoor panels run 4,500–6,000 nits, so they hold up under a bright Texas sky for a festival stage, a COTA hospitality build, or a rooftop activation, and we spec them to the viewing distance, which runs long outdoors.
Lead time depends on configuration, content readiness, venue access, engineering, labor, inventory, transport, approvals, and the Austin event calendar. Share the date and known constraints; we will assess feasibility and confirm the next working step.
