LED wall rental in Dallas for leadership and revenue programs that need one visual system across the experience.
Space City Pro develops LED systems for Dallas sales kickoffs, leadership meetings, customer conferences, awards, and broadcasts. We connect the content system, room plan, cameras, wall geometry, processing, structure, power, engineering, and show operation from the start.
Three configurations cover most Dallas rentals. Here is what they run.
Ranges include panels, processing, power, delivery to your Metroplex venue and an on-site LED engineer. They are directional: your room, content sources and rigging method move the final number, and the levers below explain how.
$9K–$18K
Breakout tracks, HQ boardrooms, and sponsor moments. 2.6mm reads clean in a meeting room, ground-stacked, single-source playback, one or two show days.
- Breakouts
- 2.6mm
- Ground-stacked
$18K–$38K
The Dallas SKO and user-conference default. Camera-safe 2.6mm for keynotes with IMAG, dual-media-server playback, and a wall your cameras can cut to wide. One to three show days.
- Keynote
- 2.6mm camera-safe
- 1–3 show days
$55K–$110K+
Wide-format and curved stage walls for summits at the convention center and entertainment builds at rooms like The Star. Flown or ground-supported, redundant processing, multi-day with rehearsal built into the build.
- Summit stage
- 2.6mm
- Flown or stacked
One visual architecture can connect the main room, breakouts, broadcast, and brand.
Pixel pitch and budget set the wall you want; the venue sets the wall you can hang. Here is what to expect in the Metroplex rooms corporate events actually book, from the convention center and HQ ballrooms to entertainment venues like House of Blues and The Star. Tell us your venue on the call and we will have the rigging answer before the quote.
- Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention CenterDowntown Dallas’s flagship convention space, operating from Halls A, B and C while a multi-year rebuild proceeds, with dock access and rigging capacity for wide-format stage walls and multi-day user conferences.
- The Star in FriscoThe Ford Center and event spaces at the Cowboys’ world headquarters, a marquee room for corporate general sessions and entertainment. We have run multiple events here, and we know how it loads in.
- House of Blues DallasA downtown music-and-events room we build in for product launches and receptions with a live-music energy, house rigging and a stage that reads great on camera.
- Omni Dallas & Hilton AnatoleThe two big downtown headquarters hotels for corporate general sessions and galas, large ballrooms with real rigging points for camera-safe keynote walls.
- Gaylord Texan, GrapevineA convention resort near DFW built for large multi-day programs, with exhibit-hall scale for big ground-supported and flown walls and its own move-in logistics.
- Frisco, Plano & Las ColinasThe corporate-campus corridor north of the city, where HQ sales kickoffs and all-hands run in hotel ballrooms and campus spaces on camera-safe ground-supported walls.
Five decisions determine how the visual system scales across the program.
Pixel pitch, square footage, processing, rigging, and labor: those five move every LED quote. Pitch and size set the panel cost; processing is the lever nobody puts in the RFP (a single-laptop show and a multi-camera show diverge by five figures on the same wall); rigging swings roughly $2K–$6K between ground-supported and flown; and labor follows the venue and the week.
The levers do not change between Texas markets; we broke all six down, with the inputs that make any two LED quotes comparable, in what an LED wall costs. Bring them to a call, or configure your event, and the range you get back holds to load-in.
One working system from content source to audience view.
The scope connects panels, processing, playback, cameras, structure, power, engineering, delivery, calibration, operation, and venue requirements across the program.
Brompton or Novastar, matched
LED processing matched to the panel set, with a media-server playback path scoped to your content sources, single laptop or multi-source with live cameras.
Ground-supported or flown
Either way, the wall is built on proper structure, on load-tested motors with current inspection tags, sized to the room and the load.
Distribution, scoped early
Power distribution scoped on the site survey, with cabling and a tie-in plan the venue engineer has signed off well before the trucks roll.
LED engineering through the show
The wall is built, calibrated for camera before walk-in, operated during the program, and monitored through strike.
Delivery to Dallas and load-out
Our trucks, our crew, your freight window. Setup day is scheduled around your rehearsal; load-out is scheduled around the venue’s turnover clock.
Playback and content support
ProPresenter, Resolume or disguise playback as the show demands, and a pre-show content pass so your files run through our processor before your run-through.
A 12′ × 8′ breakout wall typically runs $9K–$18K, a 24′ × 13′ camera-safe general-session wall $18K–$38K, and wide-format stage walls $55K–$110K and up for multi-day engagements, processing, rigging, power, delivery to the Metroplex and engineer included. The five levers that move those numbers are in our LED wall cost breakdown, and the intake call pins the range to your specific room.
Regularly. We produced a global fintech sales kickoff in Dallas, built shows at House of Blues, and have run multiple events at The Star in Frisco. Your producer and the LED engineer who runs your wall travel with the show, and the inventory ships to your venue on our trucks, so you get one Space City Pro team on site, kickoff through the out.
It depends on the room. The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the Gaylord Texan, and rooms like The Star take flown walls; most hotel ballrooms limit rigging points, so ground-support is the default there. The difference runs roughly $2K–$6K in labor and engineering, and the site survey settles it before the quote is final.
Start from viewing distance and content. Most ballroom keynotes run a 24′ × 13′ or wider 2.6mm wall so the back of the room still reads clean; a 16′ × 9′ suits a large breakout or a smaller general session; past 30 feet outdoors, our outdoor 2.6mm carries the distance. Give us the width, the height, and the closest seat, and the sizing call takes five minutes.
Yes, we build across the whole Metroplex. Fort Worth has its own LED wall rental page; Frisco, Plano, Las Colinas, and Arlington are all inside our normal Dallas coverage, and delivery to any of them is folded into the quote.
Three to six weeks is comfortable for most configurations. Convention season and the corporate-kickoff run in January can tighten venue and labor across the Metroplex, so book those dates earlier. Tighter turns are still often possible on short notice. Ask with your dates.
